Welcome to ReelBrand. By using our services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

ReelBrand offers content creation, production, and video strategy services for founders and brands. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual client agreements.

2. Intake & Consultation

By filling out our intake form, you acknowledge that this is a request for a strategy call and not a binding contract for services. We reserve the right to decline consultations based on fit.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ReelBrand retains ownership of all project concepts and draft materials. Upon full payment for a project, the client receives the right to use the final delivered content for their marketing purposes.

4. Payments

Service fees and payment schedules will be outlined in the project proposal. Payments are generally non-refundable once production work has commenced.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information through our intake forms and to respect our staff and creative process during collaborations.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReelBrand will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
